I found one chip in a mobile computer,but havent seen a cpu.
I think if it is a CPU?

CY7C611A is a RISC microprocessor, I don't know what CY7C6111 is. Maybe some derivative of CY7C611A?

Neither is: it's a cache module.

That page is wrong. CY7C611 is a RISC controller. Just search on Google or CY7C6111 and you'll find plenty of pages saying that. If that's not enough that I can take a picture of a front page of my CY7C611A datasheet
