I've finally got myself a site detailing my collection!
I recieved my scanner from ebay this morning and have now managed to get 112 CPU scans online, I now need a rest.
http://www.prog-tech.co.uk/cpu-me
I used the 4Images gallery software with a custom template etc. Virtual cookies to go to the person who can work out which IC/CPU is in the logo.
Let me know what you think _________________ CPU-Me! Hippo's Collection Online |

Very nice
Personally I dont like the right button disabling. Quite often I'll open an item in another window or tab. Content ripping happens with or without that script
Who/what is aphdesigns? Is that part of 4images? It looks interesting. I have an application (not cpu related) that could do with a clean, simple image management software. |

aphDesigns is my own little sideline that designs websites/logos etc. Since I did a lot of work on the template I put the name there. I used to do a little work here and there but the main site is down for the moment since I dont have the time to put into it (customer work)
4images is simply an image browser written in php with a sql database.
The right click protection came as a default. I agree its a PITA, I will look into disabling it. _________________ CPU-Me! Hippo's Collection Online |

Also got complaints in the beginning about the default rightclicking. I changed it so that it is only active when rightclicking on an image. _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Javascript has been changed so you can right click on menus etc, but not on the images. There is a download button should you wish to download an image. _________________ CPU-Me! Hippo's Collection Online |
