New chip, called PXA800F, combines flash memoty, processing and communication functions on one chip. The chip runs at 312 MHz, and includes 4 MB flash memory and 512 KB of SRAM. It also includes 104 MHz signal processor with 512 KB flash memory and 64 KB SRAM.
