Where down in the basement at work going through some computer junk. Found these in a DEC Microvax 3100 and since mounted in sockets they had to come home with me.
What are they? _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Now over 6000 different chips in the database. |

16bit EPROM. Not very common and still expensive to buy. _________________ Frank. |

ehh you must have misread hrm, they are both 1Mbit EPORMs, very common
27C210 = 271024 = CMOS 64k x 16 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

Ok again wrong... and some right
Since we now know I'm an EProm freak
The bottom one is----->
Am27C1024, 1 Megabit (65 Kx 16-Bit) CMOS EPROM, Advanced Micro Devices, RFQ · Semiconductor Data ... AM27C1024, Electronic Component / Semiconductor . |

Ok, thanks! A simple "its eproms" would have been enough!
They are tradeable if anyone wants them. _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Now over 6000 different chips in the database. |

No,no.I'm right. 16bit x 64k... = 16bit EPROM. All bits are parallelon the outside of the EPROM _________________ Frank. |

| that a good idea - i would have kept the whole thing for experimenting, but i noticed there was no graphics card inside (after 5 months storage), so i took it apart which let 2 S80C188XL12 and MC68EC020FG25 come out of it at least. notice: somebody should make some peripherals for harddisks to let them run ms dos or mac os! |
