I have a Tyan (s2466N-4M) dual CPU motherboard, with 2 athlon MP CPUs, running at 266MHz (FSB).

If I upgrade to Athlon 2600+(Barton) (which officially has 333MHz bus), do you see any problem?

The board does not allow 333MHz FSB. Going through the AMD specs, found that the "input clock" is allowed to be 50-166 MHZ (the CPU doubles this frequency).
Would it affect the CPU clock (around 2 GHz for XP2600+)?

Thank you.

Yes, it will affect it. The CPU maximum multiplier is locked - it cannot be more than 11.5. If you run this processor at 266 MHz FSB it will run at 1530 MHz, or about as fast as Athlon XP 1800+.
