Recently I saw a few spam bot registrations in the forum - there is at least one bot that can now bypass our anti-spam measures. Rather than tweaking registration script to block this bot I went ahead and implemented ultimate anti-spam method: registration now requires javascript. If javascript is not enabled then registration data will not be submitted correctly and registration will fail. This feature alone should be able to block all registration attempts of spam bots. Of course, for every anti-spam feature the spammers come up with a few ways to defeat it Smile I suspect it'll be difficult to defeat this anti-spam feature, but we'll see ...
