Okay i just installed this program that came with my motherboard ... i used it before just for small things didnt do much to it but now i look at it and the middle bar used to be just in the green now its always in the red i have changed no settings and i reset my bios as well .... what is wrong and how can i fix it i dont think this is good for my cpu.

oh and its a dual core 2.2 amd 4200 2 gig corsair xms2 , terabyte of storage and an asus sli deluxe board with dualing 7600 xfx cards

There is a PDF user manual here (copy/paste this address) dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/sock478/p4p800/AIBooster_u.pdf but, ironically, it labels every portion of the display of which you took a screen shot except the "bar" of interest.

Just looking at your screenshot, the temp could probably be reduced a little if you could get your fan speed higher. Nothing really looks out of whack though from what is visible in the shot.

Did you enabled the Cool N Quite feature? If yes, you should try to change the q-fan option to 'performance' from 'silence'.
Check the case fans too.
