| I have a AMD ADV4400DAA6CD Chip that is not reading properly. In system propertys it will one time read 993mghzs then next time it may read 2200mghzs. I was having a problem with the computer running slow and then sometimes it runs normal. I was trying to figure out what was going on and looked at the systems properties and noticed the MGHZS at 933. Then after i switched back to what I was doing and went to systems prop., it said 2200, next time it was 1.7mghzs!! I am puzzled as to what is going on with it? I only run one program on this computer and it is low cpu usage program. Please help!! Oh, it also never goes on the internet and there is no other programs running. |

I think it's only the effect of enabled Cool'n'Quiet feature. If you "dont use" your cpu then that reduce the speed of cpu to half. Very useful feature.
