I wondered which is more rare?
is it K6-233?

Nice chips! None of these are added in the cpu library, that might be a hint of rarity... But i would also say the 233 since its the earliest.
Can you get hi-res photos of these to add in the library?

What a beautiful selection! I am especially keen on the K6, K6-2 and K6-III chips. I'd consider the K6-233 and the K6-2+/533 to be of greatest value (although I would buy them all if offered...)
