| To the credit of USPS, I felt that they were significantly cheaper than Canadian, British, or French post office systems for an overall equal or higher quality of service. Sometimes I found that letters or parcels sent from USA to France had cost less than it would cost from France to France to ship. But the "correction" is quite brutal... |

Canada Post is expensive. They need it that way to
support their bloated bureaucracy.
