ASRock K7VT2 Mobo With No CPU

I found this mobo without a cpu or other stuff out in the trash, it boots, but I have no processor for it.

should I trade it in for a K6 board or trade my K6 and my celeron for a decent K7?

And Which One Is The Best?

My FSB Only Goes Up To 133mhz.
And will the wire trick work or does it already do that?
