I got IBM Power CPU. That is Power3-II ? Is there possible to read cpu speed from markings ?

I got this CPU two year ago and the seller sold it like a RS-64 CPU.
Looks like your Power3-II but with different code, also the code is different from the RS-64 picture in the Gecko collection.
Someone have better information? |

I can confirm the package is valid for a RS64-I,
alas I don`t know the P/Ns of the RS64`s on my 4-way card
because of glued heatsinks and I don`t want to pull them off. _________________ Ordem e Progresso |

Were there heatsinks on those chips? I came across what looks like those chips but the heatsink doesnt look like it can be removed.
