Hi,
I've got two old German CPUs.
I think these are ZMD but logo is different.
Any info about these ?

o.O Those are made by "Arbeitsstelle für Mokularelektronik Dresden". It's the precessor of ZMD. Rare stuff. Where did you get them?

Salesman told me that cpu's are from Robotron K1630.
I've already found some information at http://www.robotrontechnik.de/html/komponenten/ic.htm

I don't know where they are from but probably from some University in Poland.

These are from reserved service packet of K1630, not soldered Very Happy
