PGA 286 mainboard is very hard to find. But if you have plcc 286 mainboard, you can DIY one.
I try DIY 5 PLCC 286 board to PGA last week. I failing three times Sad and damage them. At final two boards , I win Cool

heating the PLCC socket and pull it out of the board and build in a PGA socket on it. Wink

Second successful PGA 286 mainboard.
It have a especial Power socket. I DIY one power commutator for My AT transformer. icon_joy

Two 286 CPU socket. One for PGA ,one for CLCC

I'm looking for a 286's mobo with PGA socket too.

I will modify one if I can got a socket like one in IMG_1031.jpg.
