I found this auction and the seller sell these items like IBM Processor,
but which kind?
Power?
RS-64?

All Power- and RS64-CPUs I know have a fixed heatspreader,
it is unlikely they are CPUs.

I have POWER3-II that are quite similar to these...

Ceramic seems to be too thin compared to POWER or RS processors... Like ItsMeOnly I think they are more like switching processors, ie. PowerPRS. Here are some pictures from my website:
