Very Happy Found A Citizen JCD4001K Entertainment Center Style CD player

The 5 Main chips
OKI M6404A-74 = ?
HYUNDAI HY6116P-15 = IC?
YAMAHA IG-15630 ?
YAMAHA YM3805 = CD Signal Processor & Controller
YAMAHA YM3020 = Serial Input D-To-A 2-Channel Serial And Binary in

Other Chips
Many JRC IC's

What Are The OKI And Yamaha Chips?

For The D-A Converter? because the skip protection is nonexistant.

Definitely not for skip protection... 2k of RAM would only provide about 10 milliseconds of buffering.
