Is the silver Media GX fake?

missing the “G”, only X1
missing the “C” in blank circle
missing “CANADA” where it is made

or does anybody knows the difference between X1 and GX1 CPU?

It is also possible that the print was lifted at some point (eg by tape or when removing the original heatspreader...)

No such CPU as the X1, and doesnt appear to be a fake, either it was poorly marked when made, or those markings came off.
