Here I am :-]

C560C = D/A (8bit -> analogue)
C565C = 12bit DAC
C5650C = 10bit DAC
C5658C = 8bit DAC (only mentioned in datasheets from 1988)
C570C = 8bit ADC
C571C = 10 ADC
C574C = fast 12bit ADC
D718 = 16bit seriell-> parallel converter
U1101C = PCM Codec
U1021C = Zeitlagensteuerschaltkreis
U61256C = 256k x 1 DRAM (yours is a 100ns type)

If you have interesting East German chips, let me know.

No. There is no such list :-/ If you want to read smth. interesting:

Peter Salomon: "Die Geschichte der Mikroelektronik-Halbleiterindustrie der DDR". I'm in constant contact with the author (Peter) and the book also contains a (not complete) list of east-german chips. But it's the most complete list I know... Ahmm... ISBN = 3-936124-31-0
