Have gotten a SY-P4S dragon mobo, Soyo site said max 2.8GHz but installation manual says 2.26 max. Whats up, what do I have to do to mobo to install just a 2.4 cpu?

would this chip match my SY-P4S ultra mobo?

don't know if your mobo support Prescott  If you want be sure just buy Northwood.
