Ezra-T uses Tualatin pinout (so it wont work in Coppermine boards), and higher speed C3s use -xxxAMhz suffix, maybe the A signals the new core/Bus Interface

Thanks, well I know that Ezra-T is capable of running in most Tualatin-boards (not Siemens! Wink ) .
But I just wanted to know, how to distinguish by markings, any hints?
I have three VIA C3 here:
a) VIA C3 - 750 MHz (100x7,5) 1.35V
b) VIA C3 - 933 MHZ (133x7.0) 1.35V
c) VIA C3 - 1.0AGHz (133x7.5) 1.4V
voltage should indicate EZRA core but T?

I missed this thread earlier in the week....

Ezra and Ezra-T both work with 1.35V, so that voltage could be either. I believe that externally the only difference is the pinout. Internally, I believe (although I need to verify this - it's a long time since I put the info into my CPUID code and info...) that the Ezra has CPUID 0678-F and the Ezra-T has CPUID 0680-7.

The only C3 core I am able to verify as running at 1.4V is the Nehemiah core.

Also note that the Samuel 2 operates at between 1.6V and 1.7V (650AMHz and 667AMHz versions are known which operate at 1.5V), so none of the chips you show above are Samuel 2. The first 2 could be Ezra or Ezra-T and the 3rd is probably Nehemiah Smile

Jedi: as stated above, to get any more information than you have already been given, you need to test the chips and give CPUID readouts.

Faber: Low Power Nehemiah. These are all 370-pin SPGA w/ Integrated Heatspreader

I thought that LP Nehemiah was only in EBGA
