Is anybody interested in East German and Russian ERPOMs from this auction? -
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2531871554&category=4663&rd=1
I would take 6 different ones, but I don't need duplicates. If somebody wants one or two sets of 6 EPROMS please post here. The final price should be less than $10 for 6 chips.
I'm not into EPROMs/memory (yet), but it's a good chance to get a few of them relatively cheap.

| There are Eastern Europe PLCC chips. Often it isn't known, that the GDR, shortly prior it's end had finished a clone of i80286! This chip was available in PLCC. |

Great, I'll pass on the auction right now, and I'll trade or buy EPROMs from you during our next trade.

Soviet Union also produced a clone of 80286 processor, but I never seen one

| Ok, I can send them to Gennadiy. And if he wants can send it to you. I know that's a little bit of work... but... maybe Gennadiy can get a part of the money... |

I guess I need to convert this thread to a "group buy of East German and Russian EPROMs from fRaSsL" Well, let's do it. Frank, can you send me or post here your prices? Everybody else in US/Canada - if you need any please post here or e-mail me.

Each EPROM
used, cleaned, removed from socket -> 0,45 Euro-Cent
unused, NOS -> 0,90 Euro-Cent
If you take all EPROM's shipping to Gennadiy is included
I also have a bunch of UB8820M. I think one for each US or CDN collector
All other items from the former GDR are special devices and only sold discretly.
UB880D, NOS -> 7 Euro (Z80)
UA880D, NOS -> 10 Euro (Z80A)
VB880D, NOS -> 15 Euro (Z80, mil. spec.)
UB8001C, NOS -> 20 Euro (Z8001)
For S1-types please add 5 Euro (slow and delicate, rare non-professionel versions).
I will do lower price if you are buying more then two items .
Nearly all types of Ux88xxM/D available. |

I have all, except U2732. Only a few U2716. But all Russian types and U555C and U552C. A part are S1 (or less)- types.
I have Russian DRAM, too:
K565PY1 (...)
and nearly all support chips of the East German Z80 clone series. |
