Signetics 2650I white ceramic is a nice chip! I've only recently started adding that family to my collection, and couldn't afford the example of that chip that was listed here recently.
I also like the C8231A, and the two CY7C901 are interesting (I've yet to do much work on my small list of CY7 series part numbers, to help determine what is what on parts lists).
