Rarity of Intel 'H' verses 'AH' suffix chips.

In researching the rarity of various chips for my collectors guide I've found something interesting.

There are some chips where the XXXXH part seemed to have been introduced shortly before the original XXXX part was replaced by a XXXXA part. When this occured the XXXXH part would also be replaced upgraded by a XXXXAH part.

In other words, the production life of some XXXXH parts was very short, making them more rare than the corresponding XXXX, XXXXA, or XXXXAH
part.

In some cases, you can find tens of thousands of XXXX, XXXXA, or XXXXAH still in stock around the world but only a handful of XXXXH.

Do you know of any XXXH microprocessors? I only have a few microcontrollers (8048H, 8748H, 8751H) and support chips (8155H).

I'm not aware of any Intel XXXXH Processors.
