They're both probably fakes. The top processor is definitely remarked, old printing is still visible. Part numbers on both processors are not aligned with the logo/copyright, they have different font and color:



Markings in the middle are from my Geode GXm-266GP processor. BTW, National Geode datasheets doesn't have anything faster than 266 MHz. Although National could have released 300 Mhz version of the chip, I doubt they released 500 Mhz version.

looks real to me.
Tempertature is about right for a 300 (rather thna 60 for a slower chips)
