can someone tell me something about this IBM chip??

Is the Via C3 an Engineering sample?

Didnt Marcin have some for sale recently. He had two different types, I bought one type but not the other and I think it was the other type that was like this?

That IBM is a power rsc. I found mine in an rs6000 machine. Good find, congrats. I would not try to remove the heatsink if I were you. It is permanently attached and most of the time will break the cpu.

Hi,
in the center of my avatar there is a waterblock. It's called Y.O.E.S, it was the first prize on a contest made by the italian forum PcTuner.
There is only one in the world, it's plated in silver and was totaly hand-crafted.

WOW! The AMD K7 on the right, the Alphas and
the Cyrixes are very nice! Also Intel 386EXI`s
are not to be sneezed at (the chip in the
lower right corner looks like one) Smile

There are no Joshua in the picture Sad, the Cyrix are two different ES of MXi.
All The cpus in the picture are ES end there is a DLP sample from Texas Instrument
