Where CPU preformence can be done?

I would like to compare the preformence of a regular intel pentium 4 3.4ghz CPU, to a Pentium E2160, Bus800Mhz, s775, 1MB, DualCore cpu.

Where can I do that? Can someone give me information or tell me which is better or where can I compare them?
