Below are some pictures of IBM Chips that a seller I am negotiating with has. I believe I know what some are Such as the chips from the IBM 4341 (gold cap on white ceramic). And it has been supposed that the large gold surrounded tcm's may be from a system 360 or a series 9000 mainframe. You will note a few chips in that picture as well as in the second picture that are unidentified. I have noticed that the second picture appears to contain a chip that attaches to the MB in a similar way to the 4381. It appears to be slightly more recent judging by the size of the heat sink. Any help would be appreciated and I will most defiantly try to find out if there are more where these come from especially regarding the mcm in the second picture.

Hi,
in the first picture, bottom left corner, the "brown" chip with 7 core reminds me some kind on Power 4/5 and I think it's more recent than other because of the larger silicon die |
