This is what you get when you ask for chips. Buyer beware! Always ask for pictures from your potential supplier.
This also just reinforces why fakes are ridiculous to collect. Any chip you like.
This is also a serious problem for commerical chips. I had the misfortune to buy a batch of fake remarked chips ( not cpus ). I was forced to buy to meet an order for an old design. Needless to say we lost our money, but luckily I engineered an alternative. ( thank you microchip! )
Here you go.. a real RARE chip.. the illusive 80386 DX4!!!!!!!!!!! MORE RARE THAN HEN's TEETH and ROCKING HORSE SH@T !!!!! Fill your boots. $345.23 |

'DX4' means that the FSB is multiplied by 3.
This chip appear to have a FSB frequency of 4 MHz.
I am completely sure it's a marvelous upgrade chip for an IBM PC with 4,77 MHz 8086 CPU
OK, OK - I'll take 200 pcs. |
