I wanted to update everyone on what happened. Tmac is refunding the money. He was very interested in making things right.

I really appreciated everyones support here. While I did feel a little stupid for making this purchase I have seen stranger things happen on Ebay and have gotten some incredible deals over the years. The lesson I learned is...get pictures. Although I have seen a few scenarios recently where that didnt even help.

Hey no need to feel stupid at all, could happen to anyone, especially me But its very good to hear hes doing the right thing, that will go a long way for him in my book as a seller that can be trusted as honest. Anyone can make a mistake, but its how you correct it that seperates the men from the mice.
