Hi,
I think that this ram-module came from some kind of scsi raid controller, I have seen many custom-modules on high-end scsi controller. On my Perc3 raid card from Dell the cache-ram module have the same form-factor of a PC100 Dimm Sdram but on one side there are the memory chips, on the other side the is whole power-regulator + backup batteries, if you want I can post some photos later. |

i think it's a memory module from a server, it's probably registered, buffered and with error correction.
check what programs like everest or sandra say about it _________________ Power without the price. |

ASIC's usually run their code off of a serial EEPROM _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
