Average Processor of 2007 and 2008

Hi everyone.

If the average processor in the beginning of 1997 was a 150mhz pentium (highest was 233mhz) & the average processor in the beginning of 2002 was a 1.5ghz pentium 4 (highest was 3ghz) and the average processor in the beginning of 2004 was a 3ghz pentium 4 (highest was 3.8ghz) & the average processor of 2006 Q1 was a 3ghz Intel pentium D (highest=3.6).

Then would the average processor of 2008 be a 2.2/2.4ghz core 2 duo? (with the 3ghz core 2 quad being the top-of-the-range processor) If so then what would the average processor of 2007 Q1 be?
