Hello Everybody,

I have a problem with my CPU(Desktop) , while the system is running suddenly only the CPU will go off. again once turned on gives a messaging saying "your CPU was shutdown due to thermal overheating" i am facing this issue every 10-15mins. checked the FAN everything seems to be ok.

Appreciate any suggestions

Thanks,
Adhi

Youre probly going to have to remove the heatsink and reapply some good thermal paste and reseat the heatsink. As long as the heatsink is clean of buildup dust and junk and the fan is working you should be ok after doing this.
