Judging by the capacitors at the bottom it could be a Pentium 4.....or else?

the code on the CPU itself
if it is a date code, then it is relatively early (week 43 2003)

even for a sample 43/2003 is very early for a LGA cpu. Are you sure that it is the datecode ?

I forgot to mention that mine is accompanied with this wooden gift which is manufactured to celebrate 20 years (2005) since intel's entrance into china (1985).
