upgrading a cpu for a aopen ax4g-n motherboard

hi
i have a couple questions i don't understand, this cpu # RK80532PE072512 also has this for the boxed version BX80532PE2800D and this for the tray version RK80532PE072512 after each of these # there is s-specs what do the s-specs mean. are they all the same processor with difrent numbers ?

i have an aopen ax4g-n mb it has in it now a sl5uk cpu and i would like to up grade to a 2.8ghz cpu, mb test aopen did says a 2.8ghz northwood l2 cash 512 KB and 533 fsb so will any of the s-spec # work i'v been looking on e-bay useing these s-pecs #

what determans the fsb the chipset? or the cpu ? would a 800 fsb work?

Processor part number BX80532PE2800D only tells basic processor features - frequency, FSB, micro-architecture and a couple of other things. S-Spec number gives more details about the processor, such as core voltage or a range of voltages, thermal design power, case temperature and core stepping. Unless you plan overclocking the processor, or need a matching processor for dual- or quad-processor system you shouldn't care about S-spec numbers.

You just need to match the part number - don't worry about the s-spec numbers.

The chipset determines what FSB is supported. If you put 800 MHz FSB CPU into a motherboard which doesn't support this FSB, the processor will run at lower frequency.
