|

Just found this on eBay, did some research, and found it on Geeks.com
http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=V623FP-R
It's a REAL ITX board, Socket 370, with DDR support! Fancy!! Ful featured!! Appears to have dual IDE channels, and some onboard goodies.
I just thought I'd share.
Shortcomings: No P3-T support... But it has Celeron-T support? ::sigh:: Coppermines work. Prepare to find drivers manually: Not Jetway support for this bad boy. Bios A04 available with hunting.
I'm grabbing a pair of them for myself |

| if the chipsset is via cle266, this "Supports all VIA processors, Intel® Pentium® III and Intel® Celeron™ Socket 370 processors" including antaur (released later 2003) it has to support nehemiah c3 (released early 2003), which requires a tualatin compatible motherboard! |

Haha I was just going to modify some of the pins and voltmod the sucker
I knew smoebody would appreciate it!!
I had a pair of Gateway Brookings... but this beats them hands down!! 1GB of RAM is feasable, easily!! I have 512MB DDR DIMMs up the ying-yang!
Also, of note, it's only technically FlexATX...
230x190mm = FlexATX
170x190mm = This board
170x170mm = ITX
Im willing to bed it will fit in most ITX cases. |

nehemiah worked on motherboards without tualatin support - I checked by own. I read somewhere about that there where problems with support DDR memory by Socket370 boards but this could be a BIOS revise problem ...
I like small boards and this will be very nice Good luck at creating or buying optimal case for it.
I would go and check in BIOS if there is possible to set multiplier if yes then buy PIII Tualatin ES with unlocked multiplier then use very small heatsink without cooler. And then use it as P2P server _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

I have one already!! a Celeron 1200T ES
I am wondering if a bulk order of a few could be split up, if you guys want any... Adding more items is VERY inexpensive, and re-shipment couldnt be too bad either. |

Just FYI- Got my board today, and they supprot 1.4Ghz PIII-S I am VERY happy!!
All I need now is a triplicate of the 100W solid-state PS and a 12v/8A adaptor and I'll have myself a real cluster Or maybe one 400W P4 supply and a pair of splitters.... |
