According to one of the comments on the AXDA2800DKV4D page on this site, one user of this processor got a siren sound out of his motherboard when he got overheating from this processor.
I can't help any more than that, as the extent of my knowledge is in information gathering (so far!) _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

YES!!!! FINALLY!!!
It was the thermal compound!!!! Probably it wasn't "sit" where it should be!
Today I bought a new one (TITAN NANO GREASE http://www.titan-cd.com/eng/others/g30030.htm )
and my cpu is fully working!
I primed it too and the temperatures are around 48 Celcius.
Thanks for any help guys!
P.S.:No bios update needed! |

I'm surprised it overheated so quickly, but it's good to know that it wasn't destroyed by the heat _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I was surprised too! The fisrt couple of times the siren was heard about 3 secs after I turn on the pc!
But yesterday I turn on the pc and booted to windows and right after this there was the siren again...
Now the cpu temp is 41 Celsius... And the pc is on for about 3 hours! |

That sounds a lot more reasonable. Good thermal compound makes as much difference as a good heatsink/fan _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

The heatsink/fan is the original that the cpu came boxed! I am not an overclocker so I think this is ok with me!
CPU fully loaded (games or video converting) temp: 48-50 Celsius
CPU almost no load (Surfing or seeding) temp: 40-42 Celsius
I think that now it is ok! |
