hello,

i apologize in advance for a perhaps silly question:

can i replace a tualatin 1.45 VCore in a asus TUSLC-2 with a tualatin 1.5 VCore without caring about the VCore difference, does BIOS check this automatically?

thx,
greg

Yes the BIOS should adjust automatically.

I'd like to ask something similar...
I'm going to install the following CPU on a converter in my old motherboard.
http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SL6BY
The converter has onboard voltage selection with jumpers.
Intel's site says 1.5V but on the CPU itself it says 1.45V, which is correct?

Markings on the CPU should be correct.
