| I turn off my gaming / main system every night unless I am downloading. My home theater system tends to run all the time though since it has things to record and I hate booting it up just to surf the net or check the tv guide. It is pretty power miserly though running its Turion cpu. |

i leave my on for more than 24hr only when downloading so its usually less than 24hr at a time
