Ok, is that because they are early PIII:s or some sort of special versions?

They are the last sSpec for the respective speeds. I guess Intel decided the slot package was a waste of space, and had to get rid of some earlier packages Smile

Why do you say SECC-3 ? For me, it is SECC-1...

Hi Mixeur,
If you will compare it with Pentium II then this is 242 pin SECC 3.0 package, all others P III are 242 pin SECC 2 OLGA.

Hi Heartbreak one,
where do you see it ?

Hi Sten,
I know that PIII are SECC-2 OLGA, and I even know that PII exists in SECC-1, SECC-2 OLGA & SECC-2 PLGA. I even made an article about it on my website (-> http://www.x86-guide.com/fr/histoire/Intel-Pentium-II-article55-2.html).
But for me, this case is the same case than the PII SECC-1 case. That's why I'm asking you why do you call it SECC-3, because basically it is SECC-1, in fact...
