| I have a 3 additional ones as well as some variations on the one you posted. I'll post the model numbers later tonight. I actually came across two remarks of these as well. |

If needed:
63F7615 is a 80386DX @25 MHz
51F1784 is a 80386DX @20 MHz _________________ My microprocessor collection: The Gecko's CPU Library |

Here is my collection. I uploaded a new pic so hopefully you can see them a bit better.
If anyone has any extras of a model I don't have I would be interested in doing some trading.

@ el_gecko and unzlbunzll: Do you have any reliable sources for the speed of the IBM 386s? I have been looking for those sources for a long time.
BTW: I do not doubt your info on the IBM part numbers (they match with those I saw before).
Thanks and best regards,
redbaron. |

I have 2 cpu cards coming from PS/2 Model 70-A16, one with Intel 386DX-25 and 387DX-25, the other one with IBM 80386 aPGA132 32G6633 25 9225 and 387DX-25.
i don't remember where the 20 Mhz part number came from, but both are running at their speed (so the 25Mhz part certainly isn't a 16Mhz chip)
BTW how well do 386s overclock? |
