Here the newest CPU in my collection.
Intel Confidential Q626ES = Xeon 400MHz 512kB L2-Cache
What I really like is the difference in the packaging.
No Xeon markings, no hologram and a slightly different material.

Thomas, the one in your database comes with the "normal" XEON package.
Itīs "rougher" then the Philippines package. This one looks like polished.

I know, that was why i posted the image! To show that there seems to be different versions of the Q626.

Very nice chip!


I have several Xeon ES in my collection, some of them don't have the "Xeon" markings and the hologram, but none of them have the polished package like your chip.

it is not a polished package. It is a non-grained package.
