I noticed a typo on the Pentium 4 page. It is in the "At a glance":

Technology (micron):
0.18, 1.13, 0.09, 0.065

sorry for my ignorance on these. I admit I spent quite few time to study them.
Should the 1.13 micron manufactureing process be applied in the very first generation of P4 at year of 2000?
