Hi all,

I found a couple of Itanium 2 samples (900 MHz) with a couple of missing pins. I checked in the Itanium 2 datasheet and saw that these pins are GND pins.

My question is: how could we know if a missing pin was cut off for engineering purpose or not?

Thanks for help Smile
