These should be similar to CD4069, CD4023 and CD4556 respectively. I can't say for sure as I don't have datasheets for the Motorola parts.

Dear Gennadiy,

Thank you for your swift response. However, you wouldn't happen to know what the suffix would be on these part numbers that may be crosses to the motorola components would you? The RCA/Harris parts don't come with motorola suffixes and being the novice I am, I would hope that you may know. Thank you so much for your reply.

RCA/Harris CDP6805E2 replaces MC146805E2P

CD4069 replaces MC14069UBCP

CD4023 replaces MC14023BCP

CD4556 replaces MC14556BCP

"P" stands for plastic DIP. RCA/Harris replacement is CDP6805E2E.
Also, InnovASIC (http://www.innovasic.com/) produces a replacement for MC146805E2 - IA6805E2.

Without Motorola datasheet I can't help you with suffices. I think "B" and "UB" suffixes in Motorola part numbers correspond to "B" and "UB" suffixes for CD parts, that is more correct part numbers would be CD4069UB, CD4023B and CD4556B. "C" may stand for extended (industrial) temperature range, and "P" is a package type - plastic DIP.
