error in vista

hy guys, i've some problem, when my vista starts up it shows the following error which you can see in the following link

Your link doesn't point to an .JPG image.
It points to an odd .HTM file with pretty much javascript. Confused

If you want to post the screenshot - please attach the file using this forum's software and don't link to the ominous sites!

You have some sort of virus or bad DLL. Do a registry search for "%3dq" and report what you find.

Yes, it could be a virus or a corrupted DLL file.
But the faulty RAM, an unsuccessful overclocking attempt or a software incompatibility can cause such kind of trouble too.
(IMHO the Vista is cr*p and can cause many problems itself Sad )


Would you provide us some additional information?

- In which situation does the error message appear?
- What were you doing just before this message appeared for the first time?
