On a Dutch news site i found a link to this site : http://www.mini-itx.com/. If you scroll down there is a newspost about dual and quad mini ITX boards.

This is not a dual core, but very interesting nonetheless. The performanc e of 2 or even 4 relatively slow CPU's can really add up.

Dual Eden-N 800 MHz or 1 GHz system with Linux/MyTV should be perfect for home server. And it should be cheap to run - two 800 MHz processors have maximum 10W power consumption, so the server will take 20W at max...

There was a company that made a server using VIA chips.

It was an ultra-dense server used like 48 VIA CPUs in very little space.
