Yup, all are SRAMs. The 2111 and 2112 are 256 x 4; the 2114 is 1k x 4. The 2111A-2 has a 250ns access time; the 2112A-4 has a 450ns access time. If you need pinouts or any additional information, let me know.

what time epoke is it talk about and the cpu they worked togheter whit?

They don't bring a lot on ebay at this time - also because there are a lot people collecting CPUs and just a few collect RAM.
I am sure that this our hobby, collecting old computer stuff, is in its childhood (I hope you understand what I mean).
I don't know how old you are and if you need money but I suggest keep them and sell them in twenty years. Then they will be worth enough:-)
