|
|
I just met a person who's Dad had saved these and many other chips and boards that he got as a computer service tech.
He wants me to buy some or all, but I only want to collect chips that are desirable to trade or keep.
I recognize the more common 80*86 chips, but I need to know what are the "good" ones in this list.
I hope to pass some of these along for sale cheap, so hit me back before he sells them elsewhere.
I will try and buy as many chips as I can, if his prices are ok. (I'm waiting to see his photos of them first)>Then I will take requests from anyone in the forum. I won't mark-up the prices like some of those outrageous Sellers on Ebay!!!
Thanks.

ins4009d (white ceramic) is the chip that one can not miss
this chip probably worth more than the value of the other chips left
IMHO, the other chip are 10 USD per chip at most
actually, most of them worth about 1USD or less
but the white ceramic 4009 worth much more |

MCS-4 and MCS-40. It's a memory & I/O interface... 24 pins, used in conjunction with the 4008.
Ceramic versions are hard to come by, and ones mfg'd by National are scarcer yet.

It's DEC CVAX CPU.
Same chip (in my collection) soldered on MoBo in DEC VaxStation 3100 Model 30.
