R6500IEAB3 - a two die + piggypack chip

Just because its so strange - as I got two of it in a scrap bunch with missing pins I cracked one's dies.

Unfortunately I have no microscope camera...

are there more chips with two dies and a piggypack eprom socket?

I misread the 1 for an I
this is what I found:

unfortunately nothing about the second die.
btw, nine connectors.
