People can bid from worldwide, and you say in the listing that you ship worldwide for $15. Most potential bidders read this forum so you shouldn't have a problem...

ok, bidding works,
I just very often tried to bid lately though this information and the auction's settings were so that my bid was rejected.

didn't you want to win?
I'd bid 102,77 to be over 100 or even 102.50

do you think the maxim bid of vinthewrench is 100?
when I add my bid to 101 and put bid button, it was ended.

jeah,

that's the problem.

maybe his bid was $101.

bidding like 19.50 or 99 or 149 is useless.
If you want it, bid a bit more than a "round" amount. And a bit more than you expect the other bidder to do.

And bidding 99 looks shillastic for others;-)

when I add my bid to 101 and put bid button, it was ended.

101 will not win 100 USD in such situation...

as for me
sometimes , i will bid like hugo

if i am not hungryabout that chip , i will bid 99 USD
just to win people who are also not hungryabout that chip

i think that
people will bid 70-8X USD if they am not eager about the chip
if they really eager about the chip. they will not bid 9x
so 99 USD is enough

people who are really hungry about the chip will bid much more than 100 USD (at least they will try to win people who bid 100+ USD)
in such situation , 103 is useless

this is the situation:
When it was 1 min left and the price was 51, I began to bid.
every time I bid, I was outbidden. price became higher and higher, finally I bid 99 and it was only 6 seconds left, I have no time to see this clearly and no time to think it over, just then bid 101 like a robot and then I was told item has been ended and sold to others. after this then I saw the winner was vinthewrench . I think he was bidding on this by some auto-bidding tools. Maybe his maxim bid was around 120 .
